...at this point in my life:
I've had both hips replaced. I've had x-rays and MRIs on so many body parts it's ridiculous. I have endless pain. Arthritis. Bursitis. Neuropathy. My back. My legs. What doesn't hurt on and in my body? Doesn't work. Teeheehee. BUT I PLOD ON.
MSH (My Sweet Hubby) was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease two years ago and voluntarily gave up driving. (TLC and I were truly, TRULY proud of this decision. No one wants to give up the freedom they have when they can get in a vehicle and go anywhere they want. Has he regretted his decision? WEEKLY. Bless his heart. I just say: NOPE. You can't go back now.) He works hard to stay as healthy as possible. I admire his determination more each day.
I've become Grammy Nanny Uber Driver Extraordinaire.
And to catch up on The Other Peeps I adore:
LL is now simply Leighton. She's 11. 5th grade. A beautiful girl who is a fabulous artiste and is having fun learning golf. Belle (she's 7 so she no longer needs to be Baby Belle!) is a hoot. Also beautiful with the cutest glasses you've ever seen. Full of energy and TONS o' FUN. She's begun to learn and play volleyball. Saturday mornings are now devoted to her games.
Back to moi:
I love our church more and more each week. I have amazing friends that have been in my life since I was 11! I keep in touch with precious college friends and MISS with all of my heart the friends I had for decades in the town MSH and I considered our forever "hometown."
I plan to attempt to keep up with this blog! TLC is BUSY beyond belief. I intend to coerce her into doing a blog at least once a month. We'll see how that goes...winky wink.
I pray for America. Tough, TOUGH stuff going on.
God bless each of you and God bless His World with PEACE.
Hope y'all have a wonderful weekend...wherever in this World you are...
TTFN!
